Not one, but two Virtual Assistant Coaches who have built businesses from the kitchen bench,

with kids at our feet, on a mission to find a lifestyle that suited our needs, while quietly flipping the bird at ‘societal norms.’

We’re not here to train just another VA…

We’re here to raise an army of Virtual Rebels who are bold, brilliant, and booked-out… who are done being dragged along by the feeling of needing to fulfil expectations, and who are ready to run their own show, work from home (or wherever they want really),  and get paid like the queens 👑 they are.

Meet Jess

Life + Business Coach, NLP Practitioner, multiple business owner, nurturer, dog lover + mama of adult kids.

When I first started in business, I didn’t even know I was starting a business.

I fell into it because someone I trusted said, “You’d be great at this,” and for the first time in a long time… I believed them.

At the time, I was at home with two little kids – both now a full-grown adults (what the?!) I had a husband (now ex) who worked away, and I was in the thick of solo parenting – juggling school runs, tantrums, and the invisible load that only mums truly understand.

A “real job” felt impossible – because I wasn’t willing to let my kids come second. So, I said yes to a network marketing gig. I was scared. I doubted myself. I second-guessed everything.

I didn’t have it all figured out. I just knew I was ready to bet on myself.

And you know what? I made a huge success of that business.
Love or hate network marketing (it’s a polarising industry!), it was what got me started. Soon enough I became a proud six-figure earner while helping others do the same.

But eventually I wanted more freedom, more purpose and the chance to build something that was mine.

So, I began coaching other women, using the skills I’d learned in digital marketing, branding, growth strategy, backend funnels and more… and created a business that supports both my family and my soul.

I’ve helped hundreds of women do the same – and now, Beth and I are creating a whole ecosystem where women rise together.

Meet Beth

Graphic + Web Designer, Ex-Secondary Teacher, business owner, connector + young boy mum.

I never felt like I fit in. Sure, I had some serious fun during uni – partying all night, cramming all-nighters before deadlines, and working in hospitality for some extra cash on the side.

But I felt like I had to try harder than most to conform to societal norms. That friction only got stronger as I got older… Instead of listening to myself and standing up for what felt right for me, I adjusted to blend in and I pretended to ‘do life’ like everyone elseuntil I couldn’t.

I remember sitting in my car in the car park of my {insert impressive job title here} corporate gig in Perth, tears streaming down my face. The thought of spending one more hour doing meaningless, unappreciated work… well, let’s just say I would have rather shaved my eyebrows off.

I never got out of that car, and I never went back to that job. From that day on, I knew something had to give.

I went back to my trade as a Graphic Designer and started my own freelance business. I’d love to say it was smooth sailing, but wow, did I learn some hard lessons along the way.

After having my two boys and moving back to Victoria to give them a country upbringing, I realised just how valuable it was to have a business that let me be flexible and work from literally anywhere (with WiFi).

Ten years down the track, and I’m still running my design studio – specialising in brand design, brand consulting, and WordPress web design. Along the way, I’ve co-facilitated women’s business events and collaborated with some amazing humans.

I want this type of freedom for other women. Unfortunately, our ‘multiple hat wearing’ often means our needs get thrown aside. But it’s time to change that narrative, because it’s not going to change unless we change it. Let’s start backing ourselves and collectively build something to be proud of. It’s time to start a movement.

Things we think to be true

but really, we know they are

Community

We don’t do business in a vacuum. We know success isn’t a solo sport, it’s a group effort.. and it’s simply more fun that way.

Community means everything to us. It’s about sharing wins and stuff-ups. Group discussions to bounce ideas, swap tools and tips that make life easier, and just being there to remind each other ‘why’ you started in the first place.

We grow faster, stronger, and braver when we do it together. This is a space where women back women and where knowledge gets passed around like espresso martinis on a Friday night.

Because when one of us rises, we all do.

Freedom

We don’t chase freedom. We build it on our terms.

Here, freedom looks like logging off at 3pm without guilt. Saying no to burnout. Creating a business that fits your life and definitely not the other way around.

We’re all about taking the power back – financially, mentally, emotionally. Flexibility isn’t a perk. Nowadays, it’s simply a necessity. And women deserve to work in a way that supports their real life.

We’re not waiting for permission. We’re creating our own kind of freedom, and we’re not looking back.

Individuality

There’s no one-size-fits-all here. Cookie-cutters are for kitchens, not businesses.

We love to honour the weird, the wild, the misfits, the introverts, the loud talkers, the spreadsheet lovers, the noobs, the geeks, and everyone in between.

Your quirks are your magic. And your story is your edge. We believe embracing this can be more powerful than you can imagine.

We’re not here to clone success, we’re custom made, sista. The whole point is building a business that feels just like you!

Female Empowerment

Empowerment isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room. It’s about knowing your worth. Even when the world tries to discount it.

To us, female empowerment means choice. Choice over your time, your income and your energy. It’s about standing in your own authority, even when it feels uncomfortable. It’s trusting yourself to figure it out, even when the path isn’t perfectly paved.

It’s not about becoming someone else. It’s about becoming more of who you already are. Whatever that looks like.

We believe empowered women don’t wait for a seat at the table.
They build their own and invite others in.
