JURISDICTION
This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of VIC and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and virtualrebels.com.au that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, AUS.
Virtual Rebels (ABN: 27 908 798 546) provides digital education programs designed to support women in building flexible online businesses. These terms form the agreement between you (the Client) and Virtual Rebels regarding your access to and use of our programs and services.
Once you enrol, you’ll either gain immediate access to the relevant materials or be granted access on the course start date, as specified on the program information page or via email confirmation.
All services are delivered online through a designated learning platform or community portal. Any additional tools, content, or templates provided are for your personal, non-commercial use only and cannot be shared or distributed.
3.1 You agree to pay the stated program fee using the payment method provided at checkout.
3.2 If paying via a payment plan, you are required to complete all scheduled payments. Missed or delayed payments may result in interest charges of 5% per annum (calculated daily) and/or restricted access to course content.
3.3 Failure to complete payments may result in the remaining balance becoming due immediately, and any recovery fees incurred will be payable by you.
All prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise noted.
4.1 Enrolment in Virtual Rebels Academy is non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law or if a clearly stated money-back guarantee applies.
4.2 If a money-back guarantee is offered for a specific program, it will be clearly stated on the relevant sales page and must be claimed in writing within the specified timeframe (e.g., 7 or 14 days from purchase). Outside of this, no refunds will be granted due to change of mind or non-participation.
4.3 If a refund is granted under a valid guarantee, access to course content will be revoked immediately.
4.4 You understand that success depends on your own commitment, effort, and implementation. We do not promise or guarantee specific results or outcomes.

We do our best to provide a high-quality learning experience, but we make no guarantees that the course will meet your individual expectations. Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to remedies for major failures, which includes a refund for unused services.
If a concern arises, we ask that you reach out to us first at hello@virtualrebels.com.au. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and, if needed, agree to pursue mediation before legal action.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures. If such events occur, we may pause or reschedule services.
By participating, you agree that any testimonials, feedback, or public praise shared may be used in our marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
Joining Virtual Rebels Academy does not create a business partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and us. You may not represent yourself as acting on our behalf.
